Ticket prices increase on April 15

New information:

Meal choices:  Each attendee will have a choice between Seared Filet and Clementine Chicken.  Please make your choice knows in the comments section while buying tickets.

Clementine Chicken Herb Crusted Pan Roasted Chicken Breast, Shallots, White Wine, Clementine Tangerines, Capers, Thyme, Chive Mash and Seasonal Vegetables

Seared Filet Cave-Aged Blue, Pomegranate Port and Micro Ruby Radish, with Chive Mash and Charred Seasonal Vegetables

Hotel rooms:  Paradise Point has reserved a 9 rooms for our event at a $225 rate. Hotel rooms discounted from $275 (best on line rate)  The $34 parking fee is waived for us.  Contact the hotel directly at 800-344-2626 and let the agent know these are for the USNA Alumni group.  These must be reserved by Sunday 4/14/13 and will be released after that date.

Photos from your Ring Dance:  Whether you are attending or not, if you have a photo from your own Ring Dance, please send a digital copy to President@usnaaasd.com.  We would like to use your picture in our slide show.

Seating:  We will use open seating, no assigned tables, unless you have 3 or more classmates/friends attending.  Please indicate on your reservation In the comments section on the final Confirmation check-out page if you have a group for a reserved table.

Donations:  We are requesting tax-deductible donations to help pay for expenses for this event, such as wine for dinner.  Whether you are attending or not, you can go to the link on our Events page to buy a ticket or make a donation.  Your donation is not a ticket to attend.  You must buy tickets to attend.  You will receive a letter from the Chapter for IRS purposes if you make a donation.

When: Saturday April 27th, 2013 6 pm – 11 pm (wine for purchase). Cocktail hour 6 pm to 7 pm cash bar.

Where: Paradise Point Resort & Spa 1404 Vacation Rd, San Diego

Guest speaker: Richard Lederer, author/comedian/speaker, best known for his word play on the English language.  Richard has a weekly column in the Saturday Union-Tribune.

Band: Baytown Band (8 muscians/vocalists)

Tickets: $100 per person member & guest $125 per person non-member.  These prices will be good until April 14 and will raise on April 15..  Tickets sales close on April 22.

Meal Choice: There will be a choice between two entrees.  Once we have derermined the meal choices, we will contact you to record your preference.

Suggested Attire: Black Tie or Coat and Tie for gentlemen. Evening or Cocktail Dresses for ladies.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking available.

Seating: If you have a preference for table grouping, please let us know, (see directions below) 

Prizes will be awarded for original Ring Dance partners.

Before your final ticket checkout, there is a box to identify your guest by name.  Please do that for us to make name tags.  Also there is a box for comments.  Please indicate any table mate comments (like Class of XX) in it.
